Return and Refund Policy

All noranora products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Because of this, made-to-order and customized products are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

- Your order number

- Clear photographs of the product

- Photos of the original packaging

Claims cannot be accepted if the product has been installed, used, or modified.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement of the affected item. Refunds are not issued for made-to-order products.

Return Procedure

Returns are only accepted after prior written approval from noranora.

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by noranora.
